For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to helping people who have been injured and the families who stand beside them. Before founding Waddell Law, P.A., I developed my trial and negotiation skills at some of Florida’s most prominent personal injury firms, and gained deep insight into how claims are successfully built and maximized. Just as importantly, I saw how easily clients can feel like just another number in a large system. I started Waddell Law, P.A. to offer something different: a more personal approach to legal representation. When you hire me, you work directly with me from your first call through the final resolution of your case. You can expect honest answers, clear communication, and an attorney who takes the time to know your story and fight for you like family. As a virtual firm, Waddell Law is built to provide both convenience and personal attention. I can meet clients where it is most convenient for them while still delivering the responsive, one-on-one representation they deserve. I began my career as an insurance agent licensed in over 30 states. It was from this experience that I learned insurance is a business that only looks out for its own interest. In my thirties, I walked away from my insurance career to go back to school and completed my undergraduate studies at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. I then went on to earn my law degree from Liberty University School of Law in 2012 and received a Master of Public Policy in 2013. I am admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Deeply invested in Jacksonville and the legal community, I serve on the Board of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and am an active member of the Florida Justice Association, Jacksonville Justice Association, and Jacksonville Bar Association, where I chair the annual Holiday Project. As a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jacksonville, I regularly dedicate time to charitable initiatives and mission work outside the legal community.
